I have been enjoying expanding my wellness information lately , not so much through reading books, but through listening to ebooks and podcasts. As a new mom, I find that being able to listen to conversation about wellness by some of my favorite authors has been a more attainable way to keep up with information and keep me feeling inspired. Podcasts can offer great dialogue and current information.... plus, they are free. I encourage you to check them out.
