As the plants go to seed and the leaves dance to the ground and we see nature herself letting go, use the energy of this season to help you release and make space for more self-love + respect. This will help you heal and others will benefit tenfold from the work you have the courage and strength to undertake.

What does letting go look like for me? Energetically? Physically? Emotionally? An example could be that letting go of expectation in a relationship means that you physically breathe as you work through it, emotionally process by journaling, and energetically send yourself TLC. (Trust your intuition as you write)
What is one way I can practice deeper self love as I allow myself to heal and let go this season?
Point of action: On a piece of paper or in a journal beautifully write what you are letting go of this season. Place it somewhere you will notice this reminder often, envisioning your body letting go, releasing your grasp.
