I don't know about you, but my body is ready for a fresh start to welcome spring.
I am admittedly not a huge fan of restrictive diets. Been there done that and its not all that fun.
I love feeling great but also being open to enjoy the taste, the community, and the fun that comes with all sorts of food. I love feeling free around food as well, knowing that I will allow myself anything I want (some foods like sugar, pastries, etc in moderation), while always coming back to wholesome, fresh, real food as my base.
Except, at times, my body craves a reset to simplicity. And, while I am opposed to restrictiveness, guilt around food, and extremes, I am a big proponent of going outside comfort zones for a period of time and being curious about what works and what doesn't work for our bodies. I love the idea of resetting back to simple foods and feeling lighter, more connected, and more caring for our bodies.
