The end of fall. Look around to nature to inform us, to guide us. Showing us we do not have to be blossoming all year round. That there is time for release, for reflection in the dark, for rest.Read More
Happy October friends.
About two weeks ago we welcomed fall. It is just my favorite time of year. The colors, the feel, the everything.
I love the idea of utilizing and elevating all of our senses to feel more in tune with the earth, seasons, and evoking specific feelings. I see that in our culture we often do this through taste and food. We get focused on what the seasons taste like ( i.e. Christmas means cookies and gingerbread, fall evokes pumpkin spice everything) , we can forget how much abundance we can draw from tapping into our other sensory delights.Read More
Happy first day of fall!
In the midst of adjusting to the new season, letting go of the longer summer days, and settling into a new school year, its time to take a little extra time for you my friend.
In the midst of drop offs. Pick ups. Prepping dinners. Commutes home. Catching up with friends.
We must find the space.Read More
When we chat about self-care, I often go the route of ease and being gentle with ourselves. I mean, life can be tough and I love for this space to feel more like a warm hug than a kick in the butt. I think far too many of us ladies can be so hard on ourselves. Many of feel as though we aren't good enough, we feel pressured to be perfect, and we lay the guilt on thick. So, I love to remind myself and you, that gentle is often the way.
In the midst of moving homes, I kept being gentle and gentle and more gentle with myself. And while I didn't need a harsh critic on my side, what I did need was to self-care in ways that didn't come so easy.Read More
Self-care can be a challenging feat for a lot of women. We give and give to all the people in our lives, and often we leave little time to care and nurture ourselves.
Self-care is extremely important for our own well-being, not to mention the happiness of everyone around us. I truly believe that when we move towards more of what brings us joy, our life becomes more sacred and magical. It is the best way to tune into our intuition and honor ourselves deeply.Read More
Happy Valentine's Day people! I hope you are having a nice day.
This day has mixed emotions for many. Some people love it and enjoy the opportunity to pause and celebrate the people in their lives they love the most. Some celebrate Galentines and celebrate friendships and ladies who fill their lives with more love and purpose. Some people feel uncomfortable, not having a significant other. Others say its a silly and unnecessary Hallmark holiday.
Whatever your stance may be on today's holiday, how about adopting the idea of loving yourself a bit more fully?Read More
This song has been on repeat in my head for the past couple days. I'll tell you why...
Last weekend was a pretty epic one for me. My mom, sister, and I met up for a women's weekend retreat a long time in the making. Just the three ladies and about 15 other of our closest lady strangers.Read More

Now, I love the holidays. Don't get me wrong.
But left with unintentional thoughts and actions, well, I can easily be left feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and avoiding everything and everyone that needs tending to.
And that feeling is not so merry.Read More
Ill take the risk of sounding rather hippy dippy and talk about vibration. Stay with me.
Simply put, your personal vibration is the frequency of your energy. To me, being able to raise your personal vibration simply means to feel more uplifted and in a more positive state hence allowing like things to be attracted to you.Read More
